Fees & Registration
The deadline for registration is May 31, 2018.
MMNG is a not-for-profit endeavor. Fees are set to cover expected/planned costs. Any excess funds raised are distributed to gay/naturist causes that benefit all of us or to improve MMNG the following years. The Registration Fees are the same regardless of accommodation (cabin, tent, RV, etc.) used during MMNG.

We do not offer a daily fee, day pass, or any discounts for arriving later than Wednesday. Payment for the entire registration fee must be made at the time of registration and may be in the form of a check, money order, or PayPal™.
On-site registration is not possible; you must register in advance.
Impact Fee: $20
RV's, buses, and other camping units sitting on an axle are charged an impact fee which is specifically designated to upgrade the camp by funding improvements and access to the space used by these units. Only one impact fee is charged per unit.

Electrical Fee: $0 - $55
Electrical availability for tent campers and RV's is limited so there are restrictions and fees for its use. In the tent camping areas use is limited to those with medical needs and the formal operation of the event. There are no guarantees on availability and location, it will be on a first come, first serve basis, and users must provide their own extension cords to connect. All other connections/plug-ins to electricity are determined by type of unit and plug-in needed. All cabins have electricity at no extra fee. Electricty cannot be used for lighting or to power decorations in the tent camping area. Please note that electrical serve is limited and will be awarded, except for medical devices, in the order that registrations arrive. If you have electrical needs, early registration is encouraged!

|50 amp RV electrical plug-in for units 30' or longer in designated locations. Two air conditioners are permitted. Campers must supply their own adaptor to go from two 30 amp outlets to a 50 amp cord.||$55|
Note that any camper using an electric generator must park south of the pavilion near the "Elysium" camping area. The MMNG RV coordinator will provide parking instructions upon arrival. Please contact MMNG if you have a question.
Optional Special Event: $15
Due to popular demand, MMNG is pleased to offer an optional Kansas City BBQ dinner consisting of pulled pork and side dishes from one of the most celebrated BBQ restaurants in Kansas City. This optional dinner will take place 6:00 PM on Monday, June 11. The dinner costs $15.00 and pre-registration is required. No vegetarian option is available. The dinner will be served in the Pavilion on the ridge—an excellent opportunity for early arrivals to enjoy one another's company while enjoying one of the the Kansas City area's most famous meals.
You must sign up for the dinner at time of registration if you wish to participate.

If you would like to pay your fees with a credit card we use the online service, PayPal™. Due to the added cost of this service a fee is added to your Registration Fee. This fee is not refundable.
If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, there will be a full refund of fees paid less a $30 cancellation fee before May 31, 2018. No refunds will be given after May 31, 2018.
We expect to fill to capacity (200 attendees including staff) and no registrations are taken at the event. Register now so you don't miss your chance to attend! No registrations will be accepted after May 31, 2018.
We prefer that you register on-line, as it saves our volunteer staff from re-entering all your information manually. If you prefer, however, you may download a paper registration form to complete and mail in.
Regardless of the registration method you choose, you may pay your fees either by using PayPal™ or by sending a check. Payment instructions are shown during the registration process.
